The JSC "Promautomatica" grants on lease office quarters situated in the city core. Our building is located on Kuzbasskaya st., 31.

       Offices are within the 4-stored block made of brick and finished from inside with a glance of European standards. Modern double-glazed windows and system of temperature control, including great number of air-conditioners and split-systems, ensure soundproofing and dust protection, produce fine room climate. Automatic light switching on by means of movement sensors all along the holding alley contributes to safe and convenient moving and to energy savings. Public conveniences are supplied with late-model sanitary appliances, running cold and hot water delivery. Also there is new system of central heating in the building; it allows adjusting hot water delivery in each separate room. For smokers there arranged special rooms with the system of forced ventilation. All offices are equipped with fire alarm. All along the holding alleys and stairways there attached special fire-prevention boards containing fire-fighting instruments and detailed escape schemes.

       In every workroom there is allowed access to the INTERNET and ministration of telephone exchange.

       The building is well-guarded: on the ground floor there is the outpost of the security service, also cameras of electronic surveillance sending image data to the server of the security service assure twenty-four-hour control of your office safety.

Additionally, we grant conference hall and talks room to rent, they also are placed in our building.

       The conference hall is on the 2^nd floor, meant for various business and corporate arrangements (meetings, conferences, displays and expositions, teaching and educational seminars, celebrations etc.). It is a roomy and cozy hall well furnished and equipped with modern multimedia appliances. The system of air conditioning contributes to favorable working and festive mood.

       The talks room situated on the ground floor has to a greater extend working functions. It is meant for less populous and more business-oriented meetings and negotiations. There you can see samples of  weight measuring devices dealt by the JSC "Promautomatica".

       On the territory there is guarded office car park where you can easily leave your car not worried about it being safe. For longer in-service time we can offer our tenants guarded fully equipped garage, also located within the premises. The garage is made of brick and provided with ventilation system. Be sure, in such garage your car will be safe and intact both in winter and in summer.

       Our company focuses special attention and efforts on keeping the inside and the outside clean. There is every day tidying up and airing the rooms. The retail stock in public conveniences (detergents, absorbent paper towels etc.) is always filled up. Moreover, there is thorough cleaning and scavenging the adjacent territory and the zone of the front access door where you can admire the scenery of small front garden in summer and not bother about ice-slick in winter.

       The JSC "Promautomatica" maintains the technique of the building and keep it to satisfy the modern requirements. In the near future we plan to implement new Access Control System (ACS) working by means of radio-identification cards, also software support with function of registering and identifying the license plates of cars driving through the main gates.

       The rental fee is 950 rubles per month. This fee includes cost of public utilities and cleaning the rooms. Speaking and INTERNET traffic is paid off independently.
